So I envy young people who get to wear that cute shirt or dress that I can't wear. Dangit! I look back at when I was a teenager, living in a time when baggy clothes, body suits, and chunky shoes were in. Nowadays, clothes are more colorful, flirty, and fitted, a complete turnaround. Clothes are so much more fun than they used to be. Too bad I'm too old to join in the fun.
Below are a list of things I would totally wear if I were younger:

Cut Off Gloves
Jumper
Chunky Cocktail Rings
Sequins
I know what you are thinking--I should just try them. But I'm chicken sh*t! Are there any trends out there that you like and wish you can pull off? If so, we should try them together!

I can't say I feel the same way because at 14 I'm not too old to wear these clothes but I can say I totally love the pictures, especially the colored leggings!

I've got 4 years on you, and I will admit I have the bright plaid, want the funky rainboats, have the chunky rings, and have some tops with sequins.
I debated the leggings trend, but I can't go back to them. I can't go back to belting tops either. I just did way too much of that in the 80s and had to leave it there.
hahaha! I have ALL of those things in my closet! Actually, I don't. My closet is pretty boring compared to these pictures! I need to buy some new cute clothes!
Maybe instead of spending my "Kitty sitting" money on toaster strudels and magazines, I should buy clothes!
